Well, you can leave out the highest ranking officer or highest XP award. The first one is stupid and useless, the other one everyone can see and nobody cares.

You are kind of missing the point here. The whole point of this award is to teach ppl to gib more. I find it really annoying when ppl dont gib and then some bot medic comes along and you have to kill the same guys all over again. But yes ofc, its nice to get award too.
