I've been playing on Himalia servers for a while now and I really like them. I think it would be cool if you made [SIKY] a clan, that recruits users of the server.
There's a site that shows your World Ranking, and you can also register a clan there which also can get a rank: http://et.trackbase.net/
I have been looking for a nice clan to stay in, and [SIKY] would be really choise. Also registering a clan to Trackbase, putting your servers to Trackbase's Serverlist can add the popularity of the server.
If you want/bother to do this, I'd love to be a member of your clan
