I have an offer. I think the server would be better off without friendly fire. The reason behind this is, that a lot of newer/bad players constantly kill friendlies by shooting them in the back in firefights. Obviously this is just a suggestion. What do you think?

Friendly fire makes game more realistic and you need to be more careful and accurate while shooting. You can put on Complaint PopUp from Options -> Game, if you feel that someone is teamkilling in purpose and there is no admin around. After enough complaints the player will be kicked.

I'd keep it on. If it's just being a novice, IMO that's the only way they will learn (even if it earns them a kick or complaint or two).

i want FF. i hate when you drop an airstrike in the middle whiping out enemies and your team still stands.

and for the question about new guys, try talking to them. we were all nubs at one point.
