silEnT server updated to version 0.2.1

This version includes several bug fixes and also some new features.

Here are some of them
* Mute indicator has been added to the scoreboard
* The winning map in the map vote is highlighted with color (green, yellow, orange) (winner, second, third)
* The mousewheel bug has been fixed. Also the crash related to it.
* Players can select they spec ft members first, ft members only or the old behaviour after they die
* The extended ASCII encoding is fixed in the intermission
* Commands can be given in the intermission chat just like in other chats
* The !time command works also in the console
* The spree sounds can be added to the server now. However, no such pack exists that is installed on the server.

To "The Kamu"
* The ft members are shown with icons above their heads. It is actually original ET stuff, but for some reason it is kind of lost knownledge after all these years and different mods I suppose. A menu configuration option was added for it and also, the icon is displayed always where in original implementation, it was displayed only if there wasnn't other icons to display.
He hoped and prayed that there wasn't an afterlife. Then he realized there was a contradiction involved here and merely hoped that there wasn't an afterlife.

Well, actually there was always only 1 icon displayed. If some other player action had to be indicated, it had to wait for the previous icon to disappear. Now it is possible to see concurrent events/actions/icons. So for example: player says something, carries the obj, and called for a medic - all of the icons would be displayed then. There is possibility to display 9 icons at the same time. Why 9? Because 9 icons were supported originally but mutualy exclusive.

Indeed. This change does not only effect fireteam icons. It also allows the chat icon to be displayd with objective icon simultaneously.

Ohh, I should read this forum more often :)

Thanks for information. I am indeed confused on all these differend mods.
