Karsiah TE 2

A new map installed, Karsiah TE 2 final.

Cathedral final removed from the server at the same time.

Also, I'm starting a new system. From now on every map thread will have a indefinitely opne poll in which each voter can change their vote to the other. From this I can easily see what is the opinion about the map and it's easier to make decicions to add or remove the map. Opinions written to the threads are still appreciated.
