As for fairness on the server and does not distort conditions you should make a movie like a map (Battery official) blow up the object 15 sec. after time

The guy at the roadblock is irrelevant. The guy who blew up is the interesting player all along.
Let me remind you that the ban information said being reviewed and wait for this to resolve. You made the decision to make it public yourself.
The suddendeath is a well know feature in the ETPub and in the silEnT. There is nothing special to record about that. The map ends when the dynamite on the map goal either explodes or gets defused. Explained many times and certainly is not a surprise to anyone. See the news section too.
