Syntax is: /bind <letter> <chat> <command> <custom message>

You can use them in global and team chats:
vsay = global chat
vsay_team = team chat

Example: /bind x vsay ftattack

When you press letter x, message "Attack!" appear with voice "Attack" in global chat. Custom message is not necessary, but if you want to change the original text you can add it.

Example: /bind x vsay_team ftattack At Hack!

When you press letter x, message "At Hack!" appear with voice "Attack" in team chat.
