You have to play with good XP/min against human players to increase your rating. Also play as often as possible since your rating will drop over time.

Generally rambo medics are best for getting to the top. Last hit your enemies with headshots (5 exp) and heal and revive as much as you can.

I was ranked #1 on W33dsmok3rs server for pretty long time. Used to play on that server about 6 years ago and it had about twice the amount of active players as Himalia. I remember having 20 XP/min on average, sometimes reaching near 30 XP/min.

W33dsmok3rs server had XP-save and adrenaline enabled though. My medic had Flak jacket (50% damage reduction from explosives) and Breath control (less recoil). When going into enemy territory I used Self adrenaline (halves all the damage taken and lets you sprint unlimitedly for 10 seconds). Medic with 156 hp using Adrenaline is pretty terrifying... especially if he's strafing like mad and hitting with heads with great accuracy.

I once tried how high I could get this value in TB and it was bit over 15. I think my "first line of fire"- playing style won't do good for this cos I spend much time in limbo Especially when I'm tired, I even see myself that I just rush forward like brainless.

Oh noes, I haven't been playing much lately and my ranking has been going down. Now I'm in places 4, 5, 14, 16 and 84...
