Haven't noticed anything myself, though I only play ET with raw input atm, so can't say for sure if I have these problems also.

Are you using the Himalia ET Launcher? I'm curious if it can be stated to be tested and working on Windows 8.1.

Yes, I'm using it and no problems with Win 8.1.
