What about this one? It's not small, I know. But I remember playing it in the past, and I loved it.
It has objectives that only covert can do and other stuff.

Start looked promising, but then I started to feel that when this map gonna end. It's big yes, quite complex and mazed. Would took quite much time to learn every turn and would need many players.
