Spawntimer script for silEnT mod

Yo! I modified known ETPro spawntimer toggle script to work with silEnT mod. Only limitation to the original script is that there are no openTimerInput command in silEnT, so you can't write spawntimes manually to the pop-up box.
You can anyway add more spawntimes to the toggle. I have written some commonly used spawntimes to the script already, but only enabled mostly used 20 and 30.
