Looks like there are 4 teams

Post by gaoesa »

Now that there are the four teams that are needed at minimum. It is time to start planning the actual tournament. I think each captain knows against whom they are going to play against. It may be a good time for each team to select the maps you want to play and start adjusting match times. Remember that you can select different maps against each of your opponents.

I'm still waiting for -TheMightyG- to return from the holiday he's been on and then we can start proceeding with this I think.
He hoped and prayed that there wasn't an afterlife. Then he realized there was a contradiction involved here and merely hoped that there wasn't an afterlife.

yeah finally we got the 4 teams :=) btw we need a shoutcaster [smilie=ireful3.gif]

and what maps are in the pool? if we have a tie, there must be a random map, so it s important to know what maps we ll play or could play

my fav maps for the pool are: sw goldrush, radar, supply 2, braundorf, warbell, sw oasis, reactor, caen 4, industry 2
2 maps ftw, every team selects a map, if a 3rd one s needed it ll be random selected

maybe it s a tie after the 3rd one, e.g. axis team wins 2 times, so no time was set up
do we start all over again or just another random map ftw?

-TheMightyG- is back from his holiday and the tournament info can be followed further from this thread: http://himalia.game-server.cc/forum/vie ... ?f=12&t=27 .
