But why do i get banned with a standart script?

It is far from standard script. Any script that uses cheat cvars is not standard. Like I said, you need to go appeal there. Unless you can prove it was false positive, the global ban will stay. There is nothing I can do to effect the appeal process.

The cvar that got you kicked is not part of the et game but it is part of some cheat.
