Eh this ET manual can be found in your game instalation files.

C:\Program Files\Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\Docs\Help\Manual\default.htm

But making a player vieuw manual with screens would be cool.
I've seen so many new players on servers that did had a clue what to do.
