I don't think there is any certain time. You have to be patient especially now in summertime when founders (= level givers) are more rarely online seeing your gaming etc. Be loyal to Himalia community and it is loyal to you

im level 2...just play in the server long enough and when gao is drunk enough he will set you to level 2.....
