Hey'll

I thought to write this topic, because I'm big fan of electronic devices and I've wondered many times which kind of hardware people use nowdays. I also got new components few days ago and assembled PC for myself. I'm very excited about it because I had 6 yrs old ‘n’ rusty laptop before [smilie=prankster.gif]

Nice spamming on the topic. Next one will be deleted [smilie=tease.gif]

I've been using laptop since 2008 or 2009. This is my second one I play with and it's pretty good. Usually stable 125 FPS.

Hi,

I also like to build my own computers. I built this about 8-9 months ago:

Case: Spire Savit 6005
Power: 700W (it's quiet but I cant remember who made it. Too lazy to open box and look.)
Motherboard: Asus P8Z68-V/GEN3
CPU: INTEL Core I5-2550K 3,4GHz LGA1155 6MB Cache no-graphic
GPU: PNY GTX680 PCIE 2GB GDDR5 2X DVI/ DP/ HDMI
RAM: Kingston 8GB DDRIII 1600MHz (cant remember better)
SSD: none
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB SATA3 7200RPM
Display: LGE2250TPN LG 24" LED WIDE 5MS 1920x1080
Headset: (something from Sony)
Keyboard: Chessen (some supermarket model)
Mouse: Roccat Kova+
Mouse pad: (something from Prisma market)

All still works well. :)

Since my rig has seen minor changes in past one year, I post this list as it's at the moment. Also added CPU Cooler to this "example list", because it's quite common to change the stock cooler to more efficiency, I think. And also some Intel processor packages doesn't even have stock cooler included anymore.

I bold those components, which has been changed. I bought Thermalright HR-02 Macho rev.a. CPU cooler to that older rig, but since I bought Prodigy in early summer, it didn't fit there anymore with discrete graphics card. Pity, because it's good cooler.
Case: BitFenix Prodigy, Black
Power: XFX 550W Core Edition
Motherboard:	Gigabyte GA-Z77N-WiFi
CPU: Intel Ivy Bridge i5-3570K, 3,4Ghz
CPU Cooler:	Stock
GPU: Asus NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 DirectCu II, 2GB
RAM: Kingston HyperX 2x4GB, DDR3 1600MHz CL9
SSD: Samsung 830 Series, 128GB
HDD: Seagate Barracuda Green, 2TB
Display:	Samsung S23A700D, 23" LED 120hz 1080p
Headset:	Corsair Vengeance 1500, Dolby 7.1
Keyboard:	Roccat Isku Illuminated
Mouse: Roccat Kone+
Mouse pad:	Roccat Sense Glacier Blue

I renewed my rig in the summer. I'm saving some money to build custom loop to cool my CPU and both GPUs. I'm probably going to change the case at the same time, because current one is bit too small for this future water cooling system. At the moment I have only one GPU installed because of heat.
Case: Fractal Design Node 804
Power: Silverstone Strider Plus 1000W, 80+ Silver
Motherboard:	Asus Maximus VII Gene
CPU: Intel Haswell i7-4790K, 4.0GHz
CPU Cooler:	Silverstone Tundra TD02
GPU1: Asus NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Strix, 6GB
GPU2: Asus NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Strix, 6GB
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 2x8GB, DDR3 1866MHz, CL10
SSD1: Samsung 840 Pro Series, 256GB
SSD2: Samsung 840 Evo Series, 256GB
HDD1: Western Digital Caviar Black, 1TB
HDD2: Seagate Barracuda Green, 2TB
Display:	Samsung S23A700D, 23" LED 120hz 1080p
Headset:	Corsair Vengeance 1500, Dolby 7.1
Keyboard:	Razer BlackWidow Ultimate Stealth 2014
Mouse: Mionix Avior 7000
Mouse pad:	Mionix Sargas 400
